Who Can Apply

Academic Qualifications for Speakers

You may apply to become a speaker if you:

Are a faculty member, researcher, postgraduate scholar, or industry professional
Possess expertise in a relevant scientific, technical, or academic discipline
Hold a postgraduate qualification such as M.Tech, MBA, M.Sc., MA, or equivalent
Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and effective presentation ability
Have interest in sharing research insights, innovations, or professional experiences
Previous conference speaking experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
Responsibilities

Role of Speakers at Science Cite Conferences

Speakers selected for the conference will:

Deliver a 10–15 minute presentation during their assigned session

Present research findings, professional insights, or case studies

Participate in interactive discussions and Q&A sessions

Contribute to knowledge sharing and academic collaboration

After Selection

Expectations from Selected Speakers

Once selected, speakers are expected to:

  • 1 Submit a short abstract or presentation summary for evaluation
  • 2 Provide presentation slides and a brief speaker profile within the specified timeline
  • 3 Ensure that the submitted content is original and academically appropriate
  • 4 Follow the conference schedule and instructions shared by the organizing committee
  • 5 Attend a technical briefing session if the presentation is conducted virtually
