Invitation Letter

To assist international participants with their visa applications, Science Cite provides an official Invitation Letter confirming the acceptance of your paper submission and conference registration. This letter, issued in English, serves as an official document to support your visa application but does not guarantee visa approval.

Process for Requesting an Invitation Letter

The Invitation Letter will be issued only after your conference registration and payment are successfully processed. To request the letter, please email the following documents to the conference organizing committee:

Completed Conference Registration Form
Proof of
Payment
A Passport-Sized
Photo
A Clear Copy of Your Passport (personal details page)

  • Visa Application Process : The Invitation Letter is intended solely to support your visa application. Science Cite and the conference organizing committee cannot influence decisions made by visa authorities.
  • Visa Processing Time : Processing times may vary depending on individual circumstances and embassy procedures. Submit your visa application well in advance to avoid delays.
  • Visa Denial : In the event of visa denial, the organizing committee cannot intervene in the decision-making process. We are unable to engage in discussions or provide additional support regarding the outcome of your application.
