Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinate event activities to ensure efficient execution and timely delivery of all sessions.

Manage communication with speakers, participants, and committee members for smooth coordination.

Support scheduling and organization of sessions, timelines, and event logistics.

Assist in aligning conference activities with planned objectives and academic goals.

Ensure proper flow of sessions and effective participant engagement.

Maintain organized handling of event-related tasks and responsibilities.

Promote Science Cite events within academic and professional networks.

Eligibility Criteria

Hold a Master’s degree or higher qualification in a relevant field
Have experience in event coordination, academic support, or administrative roles
Possess strong organizational and communication skills
Be actively involved in academic, institutional, or professional activities
Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
Show commitment to supporting academic events and collaborative initiatives
